Whose insurance are we covered under?
All our drivers are employees and are covered under our workers' compensation policy, so in case they get hurt, you would not be liable. Additionally, we insure the vehicle in case the driver causes damage; our policy would help recover your losses.
The driver operates under the insurance policy assigned to the vehicle to ensure you are fully protected under the permissive clause. If an accident occurs and the driver is not at fault, your insurance policy would handle the recovery of losses from the other vehicle owner's insurance policy.
What is the hourly rate?
Rates are $54 per hour for a standard sized vehicle for the first 8 hours with a 3-hour minimum required.
Where does the driver meet me?
Your driver will arrive at your designated pickup location and greet you at your front door or preferred meeting point. If you’re departing from a private residence, the driver will knock or call upon arrival. For pickups at airports, hotels, or venues, specific meeting instructions can be arranged in advance to ensure a smooth handoff.
What is the minimum number of hours?
Our service requires a 3-hour minimum per reservation, which includes your driver’s time on duty. This ensures we can provide the highest level of service, flexibility, and coverage for your needs. For long-distance trips or special events, extended minimums may apply and will be discussed at the time of booking.

How is the driver dressed?
All of our drivers arrive professionally dressed in a black suit and tie, reflecting the high standards of our service. However, if you prefer a more relaxed look, business casual attire can be requested in advance. We’re happy to accommodate your preferences to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience.
What type of experience do your drivers have?
All of our drivers are required to have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the livery or chauffeur industry to qualify for our team.
