Whose insurance are we covered under?
Yes, you're fully protected. Here's how:
Our drivers are W-2 employees covered under our workers' compensation policy — so if a driver is injured while driving, you are not held liable.
Our insurance covers our drivers while operating your vehicle. If our driver causes damage, our policy helps recover your losses.
Your vehicle's insurance remains primary under the standard permissive use provision most policies include. If an accident occurs and our driver is not at fault, your insurance works with the other party's insurance to recover damages — just as it would if you were driving.
What is the hourly rate?
Our standard rate is $60 per hour for a standard-sized vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum, for up to 8 hours. Rates may vary based on vehicle type, duration, and service area — contact us for a personalized quote.
Where does the driver meet me?
Your driver will arrive at your designated pickup location and meet you at your front door or preferred meeting point. For pickups from a private residence, your driver will knock or call upon arrival. For airports, hotels, or venues, we can arrange specific meeting instructions in advance to ensure a smooth pickup every time.
What is the minimum number of hours?
Our service requires a 3-hour minimum per reservation, covering your driver's time on duty. This allows us to provide the level of service, flexibility, and coverage our clients expect. For long-distance trips or special events, extended minimums may apply and will be discussed at the time of booking.

In most cases, there is no additional charge for driver travel within our standard service area. For more remote or exclusive areas — such as Malibu, Hidden Hills, Calabasas, Westlake Village, or Chatsworth — a travel fee may apply depending on distance and driver availability. We'll always let you know in advance if any additional charges apply, so there are never any surprises.
How is the driver dressed?
All of our drivers arrive professionally dressed in a black suit and tie as our standard. If you prefer a more relaxed look, business casual attire can be requested in advance — we're happy to accommodate your preferences to ensure a comfortable experience that fits the occasion.
What type of experience do your drivers have?
All of our drivers are required to have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the livery industry to qualify for our team. Many have been with us for over 5 years, delivering consistent, reliable service with a focus on safety and discretion. We prioritize seasoned professionals who understand the unique expectations of our clientele.
Can you drive me to and from a medical appointment or procedure?
Yes. Many of our clients use our service for medical appointments, outpatient procedures, and post-surgery transport — especially when they've been advised not to drive themselves home. Your driver will wait with your vehicle during your appointment and bring you home safely in your own car.
Our standard 3-hour minimum applies, which often comfortably covers the appointment, wait time, and return trip in one booking.
Can I book a driver for a parent or family member?
Yes. Many of our clients arrange transportation for an elderly parent or family member who no longer drives but still wants the comfort and familiarity of their own vehicle.
