Appointments and procedures often run long. Your driver and your car stay with you the whole time, so there is never a separate drive home to arrange.
For ongoing treatment, request the same vetted private driver each time, so you travel with a familiar face during an important time.
Safe, comfortable, private transportation in your own vehicle, with the discretion this kind of trip deserves.
Many trips are booked by family for a parent or relative, and you can call the driver at any time for updates.
Your private driver picks you up at home, takes you to your appointment or procedure, waits with you for as long as it takes, and brings you home in your own car when you are ready.
No separate trip to arrange, no waiting room scramble. Your driver waits throughout and brings you home in your own vehicle.
Procedures and sedation often mean you cannot drive yourself back. Your own driver and car are already there, so there is nothing to coordinate after.
Appointments rarely run on time. Your driver waits patiently however long it takes, with no meter anxiety and no one to call.
Whether it is a one-time procedure or a course of treatment, you travel with a calm, familiar driver who treats you with care.

Many of these trips are booked by an adult child or relative. You provide the details, and a vetted private driver takes care of the rest.
Safe, comfortable, discreet transportation in their own vehicle. Peace of mind, whether you are across town or across the country.

Medical visits are often multi-hour, and your driver and your car stay with you throughout. When you are ready, your driver is right there.
No clock-watching, no separate trip to arrange, no one to call when you are done. You focus on your care, and the trip home is already taken care of.

A medical visit is rarely defined by the appointment time alone. The patient may need to leave home early, reach a particular entrance, complete check-in, remain at the facility longer than expected, collect a prescription, and return without taking responsibility for traffic or parking. One hourly reservation can connect all of those pieces without creating a second transportation problem after care is finished. Your Car Our Driver supplies the person at the wheel while the client supplies the automobile. The patient keeps the seat, climate, belongings, step height, and private environment already known to them. The assigned employee manages the vehicle and stays available within the confirmed booking, allowing the passenger to focus on the appointment and the people involved in it.
Corporate service is organized around a working calendar. Its value often comes from preserving productive passenger time between offices, meetings, airports, professional meals, and business locations. Medical Appointments service is organized around the patient's care, physical comfort, check-in requirements, uncertain release time, privacy, and return to the appropriate person or residence. A professional may go back to work after an appointment, and an employer may arrange the reservation. Those facts do not turn the purpose into a corporate day. When health care controls the timing and the plan must account for a provider, procedure, treatment, mobility concern, or post-appointment handoff, the medical schedule should be explained at booking so we can review it on that basis.
Your Car Our Driver is not an ambulance, emergency medical service, nursing service, or medical transport van. We do not provide clinical monitoring, medical equipment, oxygen management, medication administration, or decisions about whether a patient is medically fit to leave. The client, authorized representative, caregiver, and health care professionals remain responsible for those needs. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency resource for an urgent or potentially life-threatening situation. Do not use a private transportation reservation as a substitute for emergency care. For an ordinary appointment, disclose any condition that could affect safe entry, seating, communication, behavior, supervision, or the ability to complete the planned handoff before we accept the assignment.
"We have built our reputation one client at a time. If any part of your experience falls short of what you expected, I will make it right. You have my word, and every client has my mobile number."
The patient should review the current appointment notice before the reservation is confirmed. It may identify a building name, department, suite, check-in desk, parking structure, arrival allowance, preparation instruction, or telephone number that does not appear in a general map listing. Send only the information needed for the transportation plan. A hospital name without the department can lead to the wrong campus entrance. A physician's name without the office address can point to several locations. The written notice is more reliable than memory when a medical group uses multiple buildings.
The visible appointment time may not be the time the patient must reach the desk. Registration, identification, laboratory work, forms, imaging preparation, elevator travel, and movement across a large campus can require an earlier arrival. Begin with the facility's required check-in and calculate backward through the correct entrance, traffic allowance, home departure, and any companion pickup. This produces a defensible starting time instead of a hopeful estimate based only on mileage.
A hospital name may identify an entire campus rather than the patient's destination. Medical centers can contain several towers, clinics, parking structures, registration desks, imaging departments, laboratories, infusion areas, discharge doors, and physician buildings. A general address may lead to the wrong side of a large property. Provide the facility, department, physician or practice, street address, building, suite, entrance, check-in time, and any instructions supplied by the office. Include a telephone number for the department when available. We can plan the approach and passenger point, but the medical facility controls access, curb rules, security, and where an automobile may wait.
Health systems often place physician suites, outpatient centers, laboratories, pharmacies, and hospital services in neighboring buildings. The correct street number, tower, floor, suite, and passenger entrance should appear in the reservation. A garage connected to one building may not provide a practical path to another. The patient or authorized coordinator should verify whether arrival belongs at a curb, pavilion, emergency-free outpatient door, medical plaza, or office lobby. Current facility directions control even when the patient has visited the campus before.

A stated appointment at 10:00 a.m. may require registration at 9:30. Imaging, procedures, laboratory work, specialist consultations, and hospital departments can each use different arrival rules. Tell us the required check-in time rather than only the time printed beside the physician's name. We work backward from that requirement, then account for the passenger's starting point, expected traffic, property access, walking pace, and a reasonable margin. No company can remove every delay on Southern California roads, but an honest schedule is more protective than building the reservation around the latest possible departure.
A laboratory draw may have a short service window. Imaging may require registration in one location and the scan elsewhere. Infusion or another scheduled treatment can last much longer than the calendar estimate. The reservation should identify the service category only to the extent needed for timing, entrance selection, waiting, and release. The employee does not interpret preparation instructions or decide whether the patient is ready. Those questions belong to the provider and patient.
Medical visits often end later than anyone predicts. A physician may be delayed, testing may be added, recovery may take longer, or discharge paperwork may not be ready. Hourly service allows the assigned employee and the client's automobile to remain connected to the booking instead of requiring a new arrangement when the patient is finished. Give us the best estimate available and explain when the duration is especially uncertain. Continued availability depends on the confirmed period and other company obligations, so contact us promptly if the expected conclusion changes. Thoughtful booking time reduces pressure on the patient and helps preserve a calm return.
Registration can run behind, a physician may order additional testing, or a procedure may begin later than expected. The patient or authorized companion should send an update when possible, even if no release time is available yet. That message allows the office to evaluate the remaining reservation and any later obligations. The employee can remain responsible for lawful parking and repositioning during confirmed time, but cannot enter a clinical area to monitor progress or obtain medical information.
An adult patient does not lose privacy because another person pays for the reservation. When the passenger can manage their own schedule, they decide which relatives or representatives may receive trip information. If a guardian, conservator, agent, or other person has legal authority, explain the arrangement and provide only the documentation reasonably necessary for transportation decisions. Share only health information relevant to safe passenger service. We do not need a complete diagnosis, medical chart, test result, insurance account, or unrelated history. We do not sell trip details or medical appointment destinations, and information about medical transportation is not used for advertising. Assignment details are limited to people who need them for the confirmed assignment.
The booking should identify the people allowed to receive timing updates, change a destination, discuss payment, or coordinate a release. A relative's concern does not by itself authorize access to medical details. The company needs transportation instructions, not a diagnosis or complete medical record. Share the minimum necessary information, such as mobility equipment, companion requirements, a changed exit, or a facility rule that affects the automobile. The patient decides who receives location information unless another person has lawful authority.
A recurring series should not be treated as one indefinite booking. Each date may have a different check-in, provider, companion, release expectation, or follow-up stop. Holidays, physician availability, laboratory results, and changes in the care plan can move an individual visit. Keep one current calendar and confirm every date separately. When a facility changes the series, update the transportation schedule promptly so an old reminder does not control the next departure.
A medical or dental facility may require the patient to leave with a responsible adult, have someone remain on site, receive discharge instructions, or obtain supervision after sedation or anesthesia. Those rules vary by provider and procedure. Ask the facility exactly what it requires before arranging transportation. A private driver does not automatically qualify as the responsible adult, escort, caregiver, or person authorized to receive clinical instructions. If another adult must be present, the client supplies that person and ensures suitable seating in the automobile. Give us the expected release process and the name and direct number of the person responsible for the patient afterward.
Some outpatient facilities require a responsible adult to receive instructions, sign paperwork, accompany the patient after release, or remain available for a stated period. A private driver does not automatically satisfy that requirement. The patient must ask the provider what role is required and supply an appropriate companion when necessary. The companion's pickup, seating, contact information, and return destination belong in the reservation. Transportation should never be confirmed on the assumption that the employee can replace required post-procedure supervision.
A cane, folding walker, portable mobility device, service animal, limited range of motion, or difficulty entering the selected automobile must be discussed before confirmation. Also identify whether the facility offers its own assistance at the entrance and where that service begins. The company provides ordinary passenger transportation in the client's sedan, SUV, or passenger van. It does not supply a wheelchair-accessible medical vehicle, lifting equipment, clinical escort, or hands-on transfer service. The patient and provider decide what level of assistance is appropriate.
Before the patient leaves home, decide where they should go when the visit ends. The correct conclusion may be the original residence, a relative's home, a hotel, a rehabilitation setting, or another lawful destination approved in advance. Identify any person who must receive the passenger or provide care after arrival. If the patient may not be able to manage keys, gates, elevators, stairs, or an empty residence after the appointment, arrange the necessary adult before the date. We can return the client and vehicle to the confirmed place, but transportation alone does not create post-procedure supervision or make an unsafe unattended handoff appropriate.
A patient can enter through a medical-office lobby and leave from an outpatient pavilion, discharge area, pharmacy, or another building after testing. Before departure from home, record the facility's expected release procedure and the person who will send the final location. When the door changes, provide the building name and approved meeting point, not only a message that the appointment is finished. The employee can then reposition the patient's automobile without forcing the patient to search through a garage or campus.
A medical day may include a pharmacy, laboratory, imaging center, medical-equipment office, grocery stop, or meal after the main appointment. List known destinations when requesting the reservation and identify which time is fixed. Flexible stops can then be considered around the care schedule and the patient's energy. The patient or authorized companion remains responsible for prescriptions, payments, identification, paperwork, and any item collected. Our employee does not interpret medication directions, choose medical supplies, or sign as the patient's health representative. If the patient becomes tired or wants to go directly home, the itinerary can be shortened through authorized communication.
A physician may request same-day imaging, a laboratory visit, a pharmacy stop, or an appointment with another department. The patient or authorized person should send the complete address and determine whether the added service has its own deadline. The office will review the remaining reserved time and the employee's later commitments before confirming the change. A new medical order does not automatically extend availability, and the employee does not select a provider or advise whether the patient should complete the additional service.
The entrance used for arrival may not be the place a facility permits after an appointment. Security, valet procedures, construction, traffic control, or discharge procedures can redirect vehicles. The patient or authorized contact should call or text when the release location is known, especially on a large hospital property. The assigned employee parks lawfully or repositions as appropriate within the booking. The automobile can then be brought to the permitted passenger area after communication. We cannot block emergency access, remain in a restricted curb, ignore staff direction, or promise a particular door when the facility controls that space.
Medical offices sometimes move a visit after the transportation time has already been reserved. Contact the office as soon as the provider changes the date, check-in, location, or procedure. Do not assume that the same employee and hours can move to the replacement date. We will review availability and explain any terms that apply. Prompt notice also prevents an unnecessary arrival at the patient's home or an old facility address. The current appointment notice should replace earlier instructions.
The reservation should determine whether the patient's automobile will remain near the facility, move to lawful parking, return home for an authorized purpose, or continue with a companion. That decision depends on the expected duration, access rules, and confirmed scope. Keys remain under the agreed control, and personal property should be secured before the appointment. A medical campus may restrict standing near an entrance, so continuous curb waiting should never be assumed.

If the patient develops chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, loss of consciousness, uncontrolled bleeding, a serious injury, or another urgent condition, call 911 or the appropriate emergency resource. Do not use a private-driver reservation as a substitute for an ambulance or emergency evaluation. If a concern arises during confirmed service, the employee may contact the patient, authorized companion, provider, office, law enforcement, or emergency services as reasonably appropriate. Medical professionals determine care.
Identification, insurance information, referral papers, forms, and provider instructions belong with the patient or authorized companion before the automobile leaves. The private driver does not verify coverage, complete medical paperwork, sign consent, or carry responsibility for clinical documents. A forgotten card can change the check-in clock and create another trip home. The transportation plan should account for any approved document collection before the facility deadline, while sensitive papers remain in the control of the patient or companion.
A provider may issue instructions after an examination, test, dental service, sedation, or outpatient procedure that were not known when the reservation began. The patient and responsible companion decide how to follow those instructions and whether the confirmed destination remains appropriate. The employee does not interpret medical restrictions or determine fitness to leave. If the provider requires supervision, another adult, a different destination, or emergency care, the authorized person must arrange it and communicate any transportation change the office is able to consider.
Your Car Our Driver has served Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties since 2007. Every private driver is a W-2 employee, not a gig contractor. Josef Wojtkow personally interviews each candidate. Each employee must have a minimum of two years of professional experience driving clients before joining the company, complete a background check, remain enrolled in continuous DMV record monitoring, participate in ongoing drug and alcohol screening, and sign a confidentiality agreement. Workers' compensation coverage applies. Every client receives the cell number of the assigned private driver and Josef. Rates, minimum time, gratuity, and known assignment expenses are explained before confirmation, with no surge pricing.
Provide the date, required check-in, provider, department, complete address, building, suite, passenger entrance, expected duration, companion, mobility equipment, and anticipated release procedure. Add any authorized progress contact, pharmacy or laboratory stop, final destination, and instruction for the patient's automobile. We will identify missing transportation details, review whether the assignment fits ordinary non-emergency passenger service, discuss availability, and confirm the price. The completed reservation should follow the facility's current instructions from the first departure through the final approved destination.
