One car, one driver, your whole day.

From the first meeting to the last, the same private driver and your own car stay with you. Between every stop, the back seat is yours to work, take calls, or simply reset.

The hidden tax on every executive's day.

Parking garage hunts

Circling for a space, the long walk in, then hunting for the car again later. Your driver drops you at the entrance and handles the car while you go in.

Dead drive time

An hour each way you cannot use, on the phone illegally or not at all. From the back seat you take the call, read the deck, and bill the hour instead.

Rideshare in front of clients

A stranger's car with a phone mount and a cracked screen, pulling up where your client can see. You arrive in your own vehicle, driven by a vetted private driver.

The wrong driver overhears one phone call. That never happens here.

Your driver passes a thorough background check and is a W-2 employee, not a gig driver you will never see again.

An Executive Calendar Needs Continuity Between Meetings

An executive day is rarely a collection of isolated appointments. A breakfast may shape a presentation, the presentation may affect a board discussion, and the board discussion may change an evening client meeting. Your Car Our Driver assigns an employee to the executive’s automobile so those connected obligations can remain one continuous plan for the accepted period.

The value is not limited to time behind the wheel. The client can review material, join a call, answer messages, or prepare for the next room while the automobile continues toward the confirmed destination. Personal belongings and working materials remain in the familiar space selected by the client.

The Working Calendar Is More Detailed Than the Published Calendar

A calendar entry may show a meeting at ten, but it may omit security check-in, visitor parking, an elevator transfer, or the walk to a conference room. A dependable request records the desired arrival, not merely the scheduled beginning. It also identifies which commitments have fixed deadlines and which can move.

The office can organize the accepted itinerary from that information. When the executive assistant supplies realistic transition times, the employee receives a plan built around the actual day rather than a series of optimistic appointment labels.

One Authorized Schedule Prevents Conflicting Instructions

An executive, assistant, family office, chief of staff, and security contact may each know part of the day. Problems arise when several people send different versions directly. The reservation should name the person authorized to confirm schedule changes and identify who may receive operational updates.

That structure does not prevent flexibility. It creates one current source for destinations, timing, access, and passenger changes. The office can acknowledge the revision and provide the assigned employee with the version that controls the next segment.

The Information Perimeter Should Be Deliberate

The employee needs enough information to complete the assignment, but does not need the substance of every meeting. A destination, contact name, entrance, required arrival, and reunion instruction may be sufficient. Sensitive agendas, transaction details, and internal discussions can remain outside the transportation record when they are not operationally necessary.

Every assigned employee signs a confidentiality agreement. Clients can also keep calls and conversations inside their own automobile rather than moving among unfamiliar vehicles. This arrangement supports discretion without requiring the office to collect information unrelated to the itinerary.

Your Automobile Becomes a Mobile Transition Space

The executive controls the automobile’s seating, stored equipment, charging cables, climate preferences, and personal items. A laptop bag, presentation copy, jacket, or sealed document package can remain where the client placed it between appointments. The familiar cabin becomes a consistent setting during an otherwise changing day.

The employee’s responsibility centers on the automobile and confirmed schedule. The client remains responsible for personal property and decides what stays inside. If another passenger joins later, the office should receive that update when it affects timing, seating, access, or the planned sequence.

Board and Leadership Sessions Need Protected Margins

Board meetings can begin with informal discussion before the official agenda and continue after the scheduled adjournment. A narrow reservation based only on the published hours can create pressure at the worst moment. The requested period should account for building entry, early preparation, post-meeting conversation, and the next obligation.

If a session extends, the client or authorized coordinator should contact the office before the accepted ending whenever possible. The office can determine whether additional time is available and explain any price effect before confirming the extension.

In a client's words
“Your Car Our Driver has been SUCH a pleasure to work with the last year with my company. They are easy to schedule with, reliable, and accommodating when changes are needed. We look forward to working with them again!”

Legal and Financial Appointments Have Deadline Dependencies

Counsel, accountants, bankers, investors, and transaction parties may work from separate offices. A signature, document exchange, or filing deadline can determine the order of the day. The itinerary should identify any appointment that cannot move and any material that must remain with the client.

The employee does not take custody of confidential documents as a separate service. Papers and devices remain under the client’s control. If the automobile will be left with a valet or entered into controlled parking, the client can decide what should accompany them into the building.

Office Campuses Require an Access Plan

A company name may identify a campus without identifying the correct gate, tower, lobby, or visitor center. The request should include the building, host, approved entrance, and any registration procedure supplied by the organization. A visitor parking instruction can also affect the useful arrival point.

Some locations require advance vehicle information or identification from the visitor. The client or host is responsible for arranging authorization. The employee follows lawful access rules and cannot bypass a credential point or substitute an unapproved entrance.

Field Locations Need a Different Arrival Standard

A construction site, warehouse, production property, or temporary office can change more quickly than a corporate lobby. The client should provide current site directions, a reachable contact, and a lawful meeting location. Required protective equipment and site authorization remain the responsibility of the client and host.

When the automobile cannot enter a controlled work area, the itinerary should name where the client will continue on foot or meet the host. This prevents a general address from being mistaken for permission to enter an operational zone.

Airport Segments Create Hard Calendar Boundaries

An airport departure can determine every meeting before it. The airline, terminal, desired arrival, luggage, passenger count, and starting address belong in the reservation. The executive assistant should also identify which preceding appointment may be shortened if traffic or a delayed meeting narrows the available margin.

Returning travelers may need another plan because flight timing and passenger release can change. Material updates should reach the office promptly. The accepted period and employee availability determine whether the assignment can be revised.

Client Meals Remain Part of the Business Day

A lunch or dinner may carry the same importance as a conference room meeting. The itinerary should include the restaurant entrance, reservation time, likely conclusion, and any later destination. Valet delays, multiple exits, and an extended conversation can affect the next segment.

Before entering, the client and employee can confirm a reunion method. A direct message and named location are more dependable than a broad instruction to meet outside. If the party moves to another establishment, the change should be communicated through the current schedule.

Conferences Have Several Clocks

Registration, a keynote, breakout sessions, private meetings, receptions, and exhibitor obligations may each follow another timetable. The executive can identify the portions that control arrival and departure. The convention center or hotel name alone may not reveal the appropriate entrance.

Organizer directions should be supplied when they identify a designated curb, credential location, or temporary traffic control. At the end, the client can use the agreed meeting point instead of attempting to describe a crowded entrance after leaving the program.

Recurring Assignments Build Useful Operational Memory

Repeated corporate service can reduce the need to explain the same property details each time. The office may retain useful operational notes such as the preferred company entrance, household gate procedure, or authorized coordinator. Each new reservation still requires confirmation because schedules and access rules can change.

A recurring client may request the same employee, but availability cannot always be guaranteed. The company confirms the person assigned for the accepted date and provides direct contact information associated with that booking.

Cross-County Days Require Realistic Transitions

Business obligations may connect Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Riverside County in one day. The useful plan depends on the exact origin, destination, time, and required arrival rather than a single preferred corridor. A short delay early in the sequence can reduce the margin for every later appointment.

The client can identify which segment may be adjusted if conditions change. The employee evaluates lawful routing for the confirmed itinerary, while the office manages additions or major revisions that affect the accepted period.

The Operations Contact Should Receive Useful Updates

Some executives prefer to communicate directly, while others want an assistant to manage the day. The reservation can specify who should receive arrival messages, timing updates, and questions about a changed meeting point. The employee and office should not have to guess which person controls the schedule.

Live location sharing may be used when agreed and available, but it does not replace an accurate destination or direct communication. A precise message remains necessary when a building entrance, passenger location, or itinerary changes.

Employment Standards Create Company Accountability

The assigned person is a W-2 employee of Your Car Our Driver. Company employment creates a direct relationship for scheduling, standards, and accountability rather than placing the client with an independent marketplace provider. Employees are personally interviewed and background checked before assignment.

Driving records are continuously monitored through the applicable employer program. Employees also undergo ongoing drug and alcohol screening and sign confidentiality agreements. The office confirms assignments based on availability and the details supplied by the client.

✦ We carry commercial insurance coverage specifically arranged for private drivers operating client-owned vehicles. Our drivers are covered under our commercial liability coverage.

The Automobile Must Match the Corporate Assignment

The owner is responsible for lawful registration, maintenance, fuel or charge, and safe operating condition. The office should be informed before confirmation about a manual gearbox, specialty controls, charging requirements, an unusually large model, or another feature that may affect assignment suitability.

The company supplies the employee, not an automobile from a company fleet. Mechanical work, security services, administrative assistance, document management, childcare, medical care, and physical assistance are outside the assignment unless separately described as an approved company service.

Pricing Should Follow the Full Working Calendar

The requested period should include preparation at the starting property, travel between obligations, waiting time, schedule margins, and the final return or other confirmed conclusion. A reservation based only on meeting duration may omit the hours required to connect the day.

When a request changes, the office will determine whether the added time or destination is available and explain the applicable charge before confirming it. This gives the coordinator one current understanding of both schedule and price.

Prepare the Corporate Calendar Packet

A complete request identifies the starting address, date, desired beginning and ending times, passenger count, known destinations, fixed arrivals, access procedures, and authorized coordinator. Airport details, event instructions, luggage, automobile characteristics, and planned passenger changes should be added when relevant.

The best corporate assignment is built from operational facts rather than broad labels. A calendar with realistic transitions, controlled communication, appropriate access information, and clear priorities allows the executive to use the time between meetings without losing continuity across the day.
