YCOD employees sign confidentiality agreements, and direct cell contact keeps ordinary schedule changes between you and the person assigned.

If another person is authorized to receive location updates or coordinate a meeting point, identify that contact before the booking begins. Live location sharing may also be provided to a person you select. You decide who receives the link and when it is useful.

A Familiar Person When Available

Clients may request the same private driver for future bookings, subject to availability. Familiarity can simplify a recurring weekly schedule, a household routine, a preferred entrance, or the controls in a particular automobile. You may also request someone different whenever that better suits the occasion.

Every assigned private driver is a W-2 employee of YCOD rather than a gig contractor. Candidates are personally interviewed and background checked. Motor vehicle records are monitored through the California DMV Employer Pull Notice program, and ongoing drug and alcohol screening applies.

What to Share Before the Appointment

Start with the date, beginning time, first meeting place, expected end area, and automobile. Then list the commitments that have protected arrival times. Optional locations can remain tentative. Mention passenger changes, access gates, luggage, large purchases, child seats supplied and correctly installed by the parent, or any detail that affects seating and space.

For a complex day, you do not need to produce a polished itinerary. A simple sequence is enough: home, appointment, open errands, evening address, and home again. The office can clarify practical details before confirmation, while you remain free to revise the plan during the reserved hours.

Communication During the Reserved Hours

Direct cell contact makes small changes easy. Tell the assigned employee when you are almost ready, when the exit has changed, or when an optional stop has become definite. If a building has separate public, residence, event, or service entrances, name the one you intend to use.

Concise updates work best. Confirm the next destination, useful entrance, and any deadline that affects the order. The employee can then position the automobile while you finish what you are doing, without unnecessary interruptions.

Hourly Pricing Without Surge Adjustments

Standard sedans and SUVs are billed at $60 per hour for the first eight hours and $93 per hour afterward. Vans, Sprinters, and limousines are billed at $66 per hour for the first eight hours and $105 per hour afterward. The stated hourly amounts include a 20% gratuity.

A three-hour minimum applies. Reservations beginning at or after 6:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve have a five-hour minimum. Rates do not increase because demand is high, the date is a holiday, or plans extend later than expected. Ask the concierge for a quote based on the automobile and estimated duration.
