Any occasion, any hour

We protect the experience of an important occasion.

The Rose Parade at dawn, a political luncheon at noon, a graduation, a gala, a memorial, a milestone birthday, a holiday gathering. When the day matters, getting there should not be the hard part. One reservation puts a private driver at the wheel of your own car, door to door, for as long as the occasion runs. And when the occasion calls for a fleet of drivers, our Large Events service takes it from there.

Presentation

You arrive the way the occasion deserves. Door to door in your own car, unhurried and composed, with no parking garage in a gown or a good suit.

Timing

Ceremonies do not wait. We plan the route, pad the schedule, and put you at the door with time to spare, then wait so the day never runs without you.

Privacy

The toast you rehearse on the way there, the tears on the way home, the family conversation between venues. All of it stays in your car.

Comfort

Your own seats, your own climate. For grandparents, for kids in formal wear, for the quiet drive home after a long, full day.

Trust

A driver you can request by name. The one who handled your last occasion can be at the wheel for the next one.

What you skip

The stress of an important day, gone.

Parking in formal wear

No garage hunt in a gown, no long walk in dress shoes, no arriving flushed and rushed. Your driver puts you at the door and is there when it ends.

The family in three cars

Nobody drives separately, nobody misses the photos, nobody circles the lot while the ceremony starts. Everyone arrives together, in your own car.

An app at the wrong moment

No surge when the reception runs long, no canceled pickup outside a memorial. Your driver is booked for the day and stays for the day.

In a client's words
“What a wonderful service…expert well tailored drivers taking all the stress out of long evening drives to events. We have also used them for airport pickups of friends…so personal and luxurious. Highly recommend.”

From the first arrival to the last goodbye.
We are there for all of it.

Keep the Occasion at the Center of the Evening

A gala, benefit, opening, awards program, private celebration, or formal reception often includes much more than one address and one printed time. Guests may begin with preparation at home, collect another couple, attend a sponsor gathering, enter through a credentialed door, and finish at a different location. A private driver in the client's automobile keeps those pieces connected without making transportation another obligation for the host or guest.

Service can begin at a residence, office, hotel, or preparation location. The assigned employee receives the known sequence, handles the automobile after each passenger arrival, and remains available during the accepted hours. Guests can focus on the occasion while their familiar cabin, personal belongings, and final return remain part of one continuous plan.

That continuity is particularly valuable when formal clothing, gifts, presentation materials, several passenger addresses, and a late conclusion must all remain coordinated through the same evening.

Plan From the Required Arrival, Not the Invitation Time Alone

An invitation may list the public beginning while omitting a sponsor reception, donor greeting, press arrival, security screening, registration desk, or private host commitment. The useful arrival depends on the guest's role. A host, honoree, speaker, sponsor, attendee, and event employee may each need a different entrance and time.

Tell the office when the passenger must be at the correct door and what must occur beforehand. Allow for preparation, passenger collection, screening, credential questions, and movement from the permitted passenger point. Working backward from the true commitment protects the part of the evening that cannot move.

Formal Clothing Changes the Passenger Plan

Evening clothes, long garments, tailored jackets, delicate fabrics, and special footwear may affect how passengers enter and leave the automobile. The familiar seating and interior dimensions of the client's own vehicle reduce surprises during a formal arrival.

Garment bags, additional shoes, wraps, umbrellas, and presentation materials should have an assigned place before departure. Nothing may obstruct lawful seating or visibility. When passengers plan to change clothing at a hotel, office, or private residence, include that stop and the expected time needed before the next commitment.

Invitations and Credentials May Point to Different Doors

A venue address may contain a ballroom entrance, hotel lobby, residence gate, loading approach, gallery door, theater entrance, or private check-in desk. The printed address alone may not identify the correct passenger location. Invitations, credential emails, and host instructions should be reviewed before leaving.

If a name must appear on a list, confirm the spelling and the person responsible for admission. Mobile credentials should remain accessible on a charged device. When an assistant or host representative will meet the guests, record that person's name, number, location, and expected window.

The Arrival May Be Visible Even When the Service Is Not

Some events place photographers, greeting staff, donors, or other guests near the entrance. The client may want a composed arrival without visible company branding or unnecessary conversation. YCOD uses the client's automobile, which displays no YCOD markings.

The assigned employee follows the passenger's instructions and any lawful direction from event personnel. The service does not promise access to a red-carpet lane, restricted curb, private motor court, or secured property. Those areas remain controlled by the organizer, venue, host, and public authorities.

Security Procedures Belong in the Schedule

Private properties, studios, government buildings, estates, hotels, and high-profile programs may require identification, a vehicle list, credential review, bag screening, or advance approval. These steps can add time even when the destination is nearby.

Provide only the information needed for lawful access. A host, assistant, estate manager, security contact, or event coordinator should remain reachable if instructions change. YCOD cannot create permission or substitute for a missing credential, but the office can adjust the sequence after receiving an authorized revision.

Several Addresses Can Form One Occasion

A special event may include preparation at home, photographs at another property, a ceremony, dinner, an after-program gathering, and separate final addresses. Treat those locations as stages of one appointment rather than isolated trips.

Identify the fixed commitments first. Flexible stops can move around them if makeup runs late, a reception is extended, or a guest changes plans. Passenger count, belongings, and the ending location should be updated whenever the group changes between stages.

Hosts and Guests Have Different Timing Pressures

The host may need to arrive before the doors open and remain until the last guest departs. An attendee may prefer a shorter window. A speaker could have a rehearsal or sound check. An honoree may have photographs, introductions, or a private gathering after the program.

The reservation should reflect the passenger's actual role rather than a generic event schedule. If several passengers have different obligations, identify whose time controls the automobile and who has authority to revise the plan.

Assistants and Coordinators Need a Clear Order of Authority

An executive assistant, family office, event planner, security team, or household employee may communicate with YCOD. One person should have primary authority, with a backup named for periods when the primary contact is unavailable.

Operational messages should state the next location, passenger change, access instruction, or timing revision. Private discussions about the event are unnecessary. A clear authority order prevents a host's direction from conflicting with a separate message from a guest or planner.

The Automobile Must Move Away From an Active Entrance

Passenger arrival does not create a right to remain beside the door. Event personnel may immediately clear the curb, redirect automobiles to a garage, or reserve nearby space for emergency and accessibility purposes. The employee follows the lawful placement available at that time.

Provide a parking credential, license-plate requirement, valet instruction, or property contact when applicable. Parking, tolls, valet costs, charging, and other approved assignment expenses remain the client's responsibility.

Belongings Can Remain Organized Between Event Stages

Coats, garment bags, gifts, programs, presentation materials, personal papers, and approved purchases can remain in the client's automobile. This is useful when the evening includes several locations or when an item is needed only during one portion of the program.

The client remains responsible for fragile, valuable, or sensitive property. State which items must accompany the passenger and which may stay secured in the automobile. Before final placement at home, check the passenger area and cargo space.

Weather Can Change a Formal Arrival Quickly

Rain, heat, wind, smoke, or a sudden temperature change can affect clothing, walking distance, covered entrances, and event timing. An outdoor reception may move inside, a garden program may pause, or the preferred passenger location may close.

Send official event updates promptly. If conditions change after guests enter, the employee remains reachable under the accepted schedule. When the group plans an early departure, contact the assigned person before walking toward the exit.

The Printed Ending Is Only an Estimate

Speeches may run long, dinner service may slow, an auction may add lots, an awards program may include extra presentations, or a host may continue the gathering. A scheduled conclusion is useful for planning but cannot guarantee the actual release time.

The reservation follows elapsed time. When the event is likely to continue beyond the accepted period, the authorized client should inquire about additional availability. Early communication provides more options than waiting until every guest is already leaving.

Choose a Primary and Alternate Reunion Point

A clear recovery location has a distinct name or feature, such as a numbered door, hotel entrance, garage level, residence gate, intersection, or marked passenger area. Select a first choice and a backup before the guests enter.

Security activity, barricades, event production, or a closed entrance can eliminate the original point. Both sides should acknowledge the replacement before moving. A location slightly removed from the busiest door can sometimes produce a calmer and faster reunion.

Group Departures Rarely Happen All at Once

One passenger may leave after dinner, another may remain for dancing, and a host may stay until the event closes. If the group separates, identify who is leaving, who may update the schedule, and which final address applies to each person.

The automobile must retain a lawful seat and belt for everyone expected during each segment. If another automobile or a separate household arrangement will handle part of the group, confirm that change before the passengers separate.

Family Celebrations Need a Responsible Contact

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, religious celebrations, graduations, and family gatherings can involve several generations. A parent, adult child, caregiver, or household representative may coordinate times and passenger changes.

If a child seat is needed, the parent supplies and correctly installs it. Personal care and physical assistance must be arranged separately by the family. Tell the office about mobility items or seating needs that affect available space in the automobile.

Business Events Require Discretion Beyond the Entrance

A client dinner, leadership program, investor gathering, studio function, product introduction, or charitable benefit may include private conversations before and after the public portion. The client's automobile provides a consistent setting between locations.

Every assigned YCOD employee signs a confidentiality agreement. Passenger identity, conversations, destinations, and private information encountered during service remain protected by company requirements. The reservation needs operational facts, not the subject of a confidential meeting.

Direct Communication Keeps Revisions Simple

The client receives the assigned employee's mobile number. A ready message can confirm the exit, passenger count, and next destination. Short, specific updates are more useful than a stream of estimates during a busy program.

Clients also receive direct cell access to Josef Wojtkow, Chairman and CEO, when immediate company attention is needed. Live location information may be shared with a person selected by the client, such as a spouse, assistant, host, security contact, or household representative.

The Person Entrusted With the Automobile Is a Company Employee

Our company places a W-2 employee in the client's automobile for a special-event appointment. The company CEO meets every applicant face to face, and each candidate completes a background review. Every private driver we hire has a minimum of two years of professional experience driving clients, so you are never anyone's first client.

California DMV Employer Pull Notice monitoring continues throughout employment, together with recurring drug and alcohol screening. The same company requirements apply to a quiet family anniversary, a prominent public program, an estate gathering, or a late conclusion after the final guests depart.

Prepare the Automobile for the Complete Schedule

Provide the year, make, model, passenger capacity, key location, and any unusual operating feature. The automobile should begin with enough fuel or battery charge for waiting, repositioning, slow event traffic, and the final return.

Manual gearboxes, specialty controls, charging requirements, low clearance, and security settings belong in the booking notes. Supply working keys, access remotes, parking credentials, and plate information connected to venue admission.

Special Events Across Three Southern California Counties

Appointments may begin in Los Angeles County, Orange County, or Riverside County and continue across county lines. The event can take place at a hotel, estate, theater, museum, private club, conference property, restaurant, studio, or another approved location.

YCOD can also review a request beyond the ordinary service region when the office receives the entire route, expected duration, automobile information, lodging requirement when applicable, and final destination.

The Accepted Hours Determine the Event Charge

During hours one through eight, the charge is $60 each hour when the client furnishes a sedan or SUV. A client-furnished van, Sprinter, or limousine is $66 each hour during that period. Beginning with hour nine, those figures become $93 and $105. Every stated figure incorporates a 20 percent gratuity.

A three-hour commitment ordinarily opens the calendar. For New Year's Eve, bookings that commence no earlier than 6:00 p.m. require five hours. The listed charges stay constant on weekends, holidays, and heavily requested dates; YCOD does not add demand-based increases. Separately authorized assignment expenses remain the client's responsibility.

Give the Office the Entire Event Sequence

Booking details should include the date, opening address, automobile description, number of passengers, true arrival deadline, credential requirements, planned stages, decision-making contact, estimated release, and every known ending address. Mark immovable obligations separately from optional additions.

After acceptance, the assigned employee appears at the designated opening location. The client's automobile then remains available through preparation stops, the principal entrance, the program itself, any later gathering, and placement at home after the occasion concludes.
