For a client-owned sedan or SUV, each of the first eight hours is billed at $60. Beginning with hour nine, the amount becomes $93 per hour. A client-owned van, Sprinter, or limousine is billed at $66 for each of the initial eight hours and $105 per hour afterward. These stated amounts include a 20% gratuity.

Overnight work includes the eight-hour daily minimum, the $90 per diem, and lodging supplied by the client. Fuel, charging, tolls, parking, admission, and other trip expenses remain the client’s responsibility. A one-way plan can also include paid return time and the employee’s return expenses.

There is no surge pricing for weekends, holidays, or busy periods. The actual estimate still depends on the dates, daily hours, automobile, addresses, stops, lodging, local movements, and return structure.
