The same driver every day

Your child is driven by one familiar, vetted private driver, not a rotating stranger from an app.

Our own W-2 employees

Background-checked, drug and alcohol screened, and accountable to us. Never a 1099 gig driver you have never met.

Safety first

Doors locked and the car seat you provide checked before the car ever leaves.

A text at pickup and drop-off

You hear the moment your child is collected, and the moment they arrive. Every time.

Every single trip

The car seat, checked every single time.

Before the car moves, the car seat you provide is set rear or forward facing for your child's age, buckled, and double-checked by your driver. Not rushed, not skipped, not left to chance.

Private driver securing a young child in a car seat before the trip.
  • The harness checked before the car moves, every single time.
  • Child locks engaged, windows and doors set the way you want them.
  • Never left alone. Your child is supervised from your door to theirs.
  • The same vetted driver, background-checked, screened, and known to you.
What you stop worrying about

Getting them there safely should be the easy part.

A rotating stranger

A different unknown driver every week, screened by an app and not by you. Your child is driven by the same person we hired, vetted, and stand behind.

Wrestling the car seat

No hauling and reinstalling the seat yourself, hoping it is tight enough. We secure your child and check the seat before the car moves.

Not knowing where they are

No silence between drop-off and pickup. You get a text when your child is collected, and a text when they arrive safely.

Smiling child waving from the back seat window of the family car during a private-driver school trip.
Dropped at the door, picked up on time, and you get the text both ways.
In a client's words
“Yaro N. Is an excellent driver. He’s careful and safe with his speeds and knowledgeable of the best route to take. He reads his passengers and makes the experience very comfortable.”

Why parents trust us with their children

You would not hand your child to a stranger. Neither would we.

The driver at your door is a W-2 employee we hired, screened, and stand behind, not a stranger an app sent.

You know their name. You can reach their boss. And it is the same trusted face at the wheel, every trip.

  • Background-checked and screened. Every driver is cleared before they ever carry a passenger, and covered by ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
  • A text at pickup and at drop-off. You know the moment your child is collected and the moment they arrive.
  • The same trusted face. One vetted driver who learns your child's schedule, stops, and routine.

The Parent Creates the Authority Map

Before confirmation, one authorized adult identifies who may request service, who may change the schedule, who may receive updates, and who may meet the child at the destination. That authority map is more important than a casual text from an unfamiliar number or a last-minute request passed through the child.

The booking record should contain the child's name and age range, the responsible adult's direct number, an emergency contact, the exact collection point, the destination, the required arrival time, and the planned finish. It should also identify every school, program, household, office, or activity representative who participates in a handoff.

Preschool Plans Begin and End With Adults

A young child may need an adult at both ends of the itinerary. The preschool may require advance authorization, identification, an office signature, a particular entrance, or a teacher's release. The family completes those arrangements before the scheduled date and explains the facility's procedure in the reservation.

If the program will not release the child, our employee follows the program's direction and contacts the authorized adult. A company confirmation cannot replace the school's rules or compel a staff member to release a minor. The next action must come from the family and the organization responsible for the child.

Elementary Dismissal Has Its Own Geography

An elementary campus can have separate areas for buses, walkers, family automobiles, after-school groups, and office collection. The reservation should name the correct gate or lane, dismissal window, teacher or program when relevant, and a campus contact who can resolve a location change.

Young passengers should not be expected to solve an uncertain meeting point. Construction, a special event, or a changed campus procedure may move the collection area. In that situation, the assigned employee communicates with the parent and follows school personnel rather than creating an unapproved alternative.

Middle School Calendars Change by the Hour

Clubs, tutoring, rehearsals, athletics, detention, minimum days, and teacher meetings can shift a middle school afternoon. A student may carry a phone, but adult authorization still controls material changes to the reservation.

Parents should decide in advance whether the student may clarify a campus location and whether any new destination needs separate approval. If the student is missing from the stated meeting point, our employee contacts the authorized adult and uses the family's written procedure. Guesswork is not a substitute for direction.

High School Through Senior Year

Older students may balance early classes, testing, college visits, volunteer work, part-time employment, performances, team commitments, medical care, and evening events. Senior-year calendars can be especially fluid because interviews, applications, graduation activities, and work obligations are added to the school week.

The parent determines the approved places, timing, additional passengers, and ending location. Greater independence can change the communication style, but it does not automatically give a minor authority to add an address, extend reserved time, or replace the adult's instructions.

Familiar Surroundings Travel With the Child

Using the household automobile keeps ordinary surroundings in place. The child recognizes the seat, climate settings, sounds, storage areas, and personal belongings. School materials, an instrument, an athletic bag, or a comfort item can remain where the family expects it.

The family selects the automobile and presents it ready for lawful use. Fuel or battery charge, registration, current proof of coverage, access instructions, keys, garage procedures, and any unusual controls should be addressed before service begins. The company must also know about large equipment or a cargo limitation before accepting the itinerary.

Child Restraints Remain the Parent's Responsibility

California child-passenger requirements depend on age, size, equipment, and seating position. The family determines which safety seat, booster, or other restraint is legally appropriate for the child and compatible with the automobile.

Any required equipment should be in place before the reservation. The parent supplies and correctly installs it. The family should follow the product manufacturer's directions and obtain qualified assistance independently when help is needed.

If the required setup is not ready, the itinerary may be delayed, declined, or ended. A complete booking identifies the restraint arrangement beforehand so the scheduled time does not begin with an unresolved equipment question.

School Release Permission Must Be Completed First

The parent is responsible for placing the assigned person's name on every required school, camp, medical office, tutoring center, or activity authorization. Identification rules, campus security notices, guest lists, office forms, and property-access permission should be completed before the scheduled collection.

Provide a direct number for someone who can answer a release question immediately. When an organization refuses or delays release, its procedure controls. Your Car Our Driver cannot assume custody or override a decision made by the institution responsible for the child.

The Receiving Adult Must Be Identified

For a handoff, the booking should list the recipient's full name, relationship or role, telephone number, and exact meeting place. At a residence, clarify whether that person will meet the automobile at a gate, outside the home, or at the door. For a facility, include the department, office, or program name.

If the stated recipient is unavailable, our employee contacts the adults listed in the reservation. The child is not released to an unlisted person simply because that person is present. Service may pause until the family provides lawful, verifiable direction.

Schedule Changes Require a Known Source

A revised pickup time or destination must come through the authority structure established by the parent. The family decides whether an assistant, caregiver, relative, older student, or school representative may submit an update and what type of change that person may make.

We confirm whether the requested revision can fit the reserved time and the employee's remaining commitments. A message does not become part of the itinerary until the company accepts it. This protects the child from conflicting directions and gives every participating adult the same plan.

Recurring Weeks Need Date-by-Date Attention

A repeating calendar can cover morning departures, afternoon collection, lessons, practices, appointments, and the return home. It reduces weekly setup, yet each date remains subject to confirmation, employee availability, and the information supplied by the family.

Holidays, minimum days, testing, tournaments, school breaks, teacher workdays, and seasonal programs often interrupt an ordinary pattern. Parents should report an absence, early dismissal, alternate recipient, or new activity promptly. The child should not carry responsibility for canceling or redesigning the arrangement.

One-Time Requests Receive the Same Review

A family may need service for one early release, a scheduling conflict, a distant appointment, a college visit, a special performance, or movement between approved homes. A single date still requires complete information.

Current contacts, automobile details, equipment needs, permissions, locations, and the final handoff should be settled before confirmation. An unfamiliar campus or facility may require more detail than the family's usual weekly pattern, not less.

Appointments for Health and Developmental Care

The itinerary may include a pediatrician, dentist, orthodontist, therapist, specialist, testing office, or another provider selected by the parent. Families decide whether an adult must accompany the child and manage all consent forms, health information, medication, treatment decisions, and discharge instructions.

Our role covers the scheduled automobile time and confirmed locations. It does not include medical supervision, healthcare decisions, medication management, or the responsible adult a provider may require. A child who needs care beyond transportation must be connected with a parent, caregiver, clinician, or emergency resource.

Activities and Equipment Need Advance Detail

After-school life may include music, dance, art, tutoring, athletics, theater, clubs, volunteering, and community programs. Large campuses and recreation complexes often have several entrances. Give the exact address, entrance, program contact, ending time, and meeting point for each stop.

Tell us about an instrument, project, sports gear, mobility item, or oversized bag before confirmation. The family chooses how an item is secured and whether the automobile has appropriate space. Advance disclosure prevents a collection-time problem that cannot be solved safely at the curb.

Transportation Between Authorized Households

Some children move between two parents, a relative's residence, or another family-approved home. The reservation must identify the adult with authority to request the itinerary, the permitted collection address, the approved destination, and the person who may receive the child.

Your Car Our Driver does not interpret custody documents, mediate a disagreement, or choose between conflicting adult instructions. When authority is uncertain, service can be delayed or declined until the family provides one clear and lawful direction.

Pickup and Arrival Messages Follow the Family's Preference

Parents may choose updates at selected points, such as arrival at the collection area, completion of the school release, arrival at the destination, or completion of the handoff. The booking specifies who receives each update and whether a telephone call or text is preferred.

A status message supports visibility but does not replace the school's release procedure or the receiving adult's responsibility. If the child's phone is unavailable, coordination continues through the adults named by the parent.

Live Location Sharing Is Controlled by the Client

A live tracking link may be provided for the client's automobile. The client decides whether to share it with another parent, caregiver, household representative, or assistant. This can help an authorized recipient prepare for arrival without repeatedly contacting the child.

Location information connected with a minor deserves limited distribution. Only people selected by the client should receive the link. Tracking is a coordination aid, not a substitute for direct instructions, emergency contacts, or a completed handoff.

Direct Telephone Access Removes the Anonymous Middle Layer

Every client receives the assigned private driver's cell number and direct cell access to our Chairman and CEO. A parent can report an absence, revised gate, delayed release, or changed recipient without relying on an anonymous support queue.

Communication remains grounded in the parent's authority map. An older student may have approved contact with the assigned person, but a material change still follows the process established by the responsible adult.

Continuity Can Be Requested

Families may ask for the same private driver on future dates. A familiar employee can become acquainted with the automobile, school entrance, authorized adults, activity locations, ordinary timetable, and the family's preferred communication rhythm.

Continuity is a request rather than a guarantee. Illness, time off, hours already committed elsewhere, or another operational need can require a different W-2 employee. Early reservations improve the opportunity to repeat an assignment while preserving honest expectations.

Children's Schedules Are Private Service Information

A minor's itinerary may reveal a home, school, weekly routine, medical destination, family contact, gate code, or precise location. Every employee signs a confidentiality agreement, and reservation details are limited to business purposes connected with quoting, scheduling, confirming, supporting, billing, safety, and legal obligations.

The company does not sell children's transportation details or use those details for advertising. Internal access and disclosure to an authorized party are limited to what is reasonably needed for the confirmed service or a lawful requirement.

Illness, Distress, and Emergencies Change the Priority

Parents should provide emergency contacts and only the nonmedical information reasonably needed for coordination. If a child becomes ill, injured, significantly distressed, or otherwise needs care beyond the itinerary, our employee contacts the authorized adult and follows the appropriate emergency procedure for the circumstances.

This service is not an ambulance, childcare program, medical service, or custody-supervision provider. The company may pause or end an itinerary when continuing would create a safety, legal, medical, or operational concern. Parents, schools, caregivers, and healthcare providers retain their respective responsibilities.

W-2 Employment Keeps Responsibility With One Company

Every private driver is a W-2 employee rather than a gig contractor supplied by a rideshare platform. Each employee completes a personal interview and background review before serving clients. Ongoing drug and alcohol screening continues after hiring.

Every private driver we hire has a minimum of two years of professional experience driving clients, so you are never anyone's first client. Motor-vehicle records remain under continuous review through California's Employer Pull Notice program. Any reported license action, suspension, conviction, accident, or failure to appear becomes part of the company's review process.

Direct accountability continues throughout the reservation. Parents know who is assigned, receive contact information, and can reach company leadership. Company expectations cover punctuality, attire, discretion, communication, and conduct.

Established Service Since 2007

Your Car Our Driver has served Southern California under the same owner since 2007. More than 90 percent of company business comes from returning clients, and the company's Google reviews are entirely five-star.

Those facts support confidence in the company, but no history replaces the details required for a minor. Every new reservation still depends on current adult authorization, appropriate equipment, valid release permission, accurate locations, and a confirmed recipient.

Hourly Pricing for the Reserved Time

Sedans and SUVs are billed at $60 per hour for the first eight hours and $93 per hour afterward. Passenger vans, Sprinters, and limousines are billed at $66 per hour for the first eight hours and $105 per hour afterward. The hourly billing includes a 20 percent gratuity.

The standard minimum is three hours. A five-hour minimum applies when service starts at or after 6:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Rates do not increase because demand is high on a particular day. The quote reflects the reserved time and the family automobile category.

The First Date Should Be Rehearsed on Paper

Before the first scheduled date, the parent should trace the entire itinerary from the employee's arrival through the final handoff. Confirm where the automobile is parked, how keys are transferred, which school entrance applies, who signs the child out, how belongings are collected, and where the receiving adult will stand.

Small details can decide whether the schedule works. A guarded community may need the assigned name in advance. A condominium may require a lobby meeting. A school office may close before an activity ends. A sports complex may identify fields by number rather than street address. Writing those details once gives the company a usable operating record.

The first reservation may reveal a timing assumption that needs correction. Campus traffic, security screening, a long walk from the collection point, or an extended release process can consume reserved time. Parents should review what happened and update the next date instead of assuming the first plan was exact.

Communication Can Match the Child's Age and Needs

Families may provide practical notes that help the assigned person communicate appropriately. A younger child may respond best to short, familiar instructions. An older student may prefer a brief text at the meeting point. A child with a sensory sensitivity may benefit from a stated climate setting, reduced conversation, or a familiar seating arrangement.

Only information useful to the itinerary should be shared. The company does not need an extensive personal history when a simple operational instruction will do. The parent decides which details are necessary, who may receive them, and when an outdated note should be removed from future reservations.

Age-appropriate communication does not transfer decision-making authority. A child can answer a simple location question or report that dismissal is late, while destination changes and extended time still follow the adult authorization structure.

Three Counties Can Be Part of One School Day

Service is available across Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Riverside County. A child's day may cross a county line for school, specialized care, a performance, athletics, a family household, or an academic program. Longer distances require realistic collection times and enough reserved time for the return.

The parent should identify fixed deadlines separately from preferred times. A school release might be flexible by several minutes, while a medical check-in or stage call may not be. Marking those priorities helps the company evaluate whether the proposed sequence is workable before accepting it.

Prepare the Reservation Before Calling

Gather the child's age range, responsible adult, emergency contact, automobile information, required restraint details, exact addresses, campus entrances, program contacts, release authorization, receiving adult, schedule, and preferred updates. Include likely variations rather than presenting only the simplest version of the day.

Explain who may approve additional time, change an address, cancel a date, or receive status information. Complete all school or program forms, notify each receiving adult, and review the calendar for minimum days, holidays, appointments, practices, performances, and special events.
