Every Appointment Begins With Permission at the Gate

Hidden Hills is not simply another western Valley address. The community is fully gated, internal streets have an equestrian character, and many household schedules are coordinated by residents, assistants, estate personnel, or security contacts. A private driver in the client's own automobile fits that setting when the entry plan is settled before arrival.

YCOD can begin service at a residence, guesthouse, garage, motor court, or another approved point on the property. The reservation identifies the gate, authorized household contact, automobile, passengers, and first commitment. That preparation allows the employee to enter quietly and proceed to the correct location without exposing unrelated household details.

Three Gates Serve Different Parts of the Community

Long Valley, Burbank, and Round Meadow are distinct access points. Long Valley connects toward Valley Circle Boulevard and US 101. Burbank Boulevard becomes Spring Valley Road near City Hall. Round Meadow serves the Mureau Road and school side of the community.

The nearest gate on a general map may not be the entrance selected by the household. A resident or authorized coordinator should specify the intended gate and remain reachable if personnel redirect arrivals or apply a temporary procedure. YCOD cannot grant admission or replace the community's authorization process.

The Name Presented Must Match the Household Record

A complete reservation includes the host, expected passengers, automobile, arrival window, and person allowed to change the arrangement. When an employee is placed on a visitor list, the name supplied by the residence should match the confirmation. A nickname, outdated entry, or different company contact can delay an otherwise understood appointment.

Large households may communicate through several people. An assistant may choose the time, an estate manager may arrange access, and a family member may determine the final property location. Naming one primary authority and one backup prevents conflicting instructions at the gate.

"We have built our reputation one client at a time. If any part of your experience falls short of what you expected, I will make it right. You have my word, and every client has my mobile number."

Entry Is Only the First Part of the Property Handoff

Admission places the employee inside Hidden Hills, but it does not identify where the keys or passengers will be found. The household should name the exact handoff point and the person releasing the automobile. If luggage, school materials, mobility items, or event supplies are being prepared, the reservation should identify who confirms readiness.

The concluding location may differ from the starting point. A late arrival, sleeping household, animal activity, or passenger ending at another building can change the sensible placement. Confirming that location before reentry limits unnecessary movement near the residence.

Equestrian Streets Require Patience and Awareness

Three-rail fencing, bridle paths, horses, pedestrians, and bicycles are part of daily life in Hidden Hills. Conditions near an animal, trail crossing, person on foot, or service activity may require extra space and patience. Posted rules and present circumstances always control the automobile's pace.

Long Valley Road, Round Meadow Road, Spring Valley Road, Jed Smith Road, Jim Bridger Road, and Lasher Road form a local pattern unlike a conventional grid. The employee receives the selected entrance, property point, and next commitment in advance. YCOD does not handle or supervise horses, and equipment must fit without taking a required passenger seat.

Community Events Can Temporarily Change Quiet Streets

The Community Center on Long Valley Road, Spring Valley Arena, City Hall, school functions, and resident programs can add pedestrian activity or temporary access instructions. A vague reference to a community event is not enough when several activities may occur on the same date.

Provide the actual location, required arrival, event contact, and instructions issued for that occasion. If the organizer changes a gate or meeting place, the authorized client can revise the sequence. Flexible errands may move around the fixed event time.

In a client's words
“The owner of this company is fantastic! So affordable and such a great idea! And he will match you to a driver that you like best. I can not possibly say enough good things about this company!”

Round Meadow Elementary Creates a Protected Window

School appointments depend on current family authorization and procedures established by Round Meadow Elementary. The reservation should identify the child, approved adults, schedule, and exact meeting location. Parents or guardians remain responsible for supplying permissions required by the school.

If a child seat is needed, the parent supplies and correctly installs it. Morning or dismissal activity near Round Meadow Road and Mureau Road can affect a later appointment outside the community. The schedule should protect the school commitment before adding flexible stops.

One Household Automobile Can Support Several Generations

A Hidden Hills calendar may connect children, parents, grandparents, visiting relatives, and household personnel. Using a familiar automobile preserves seating position, climate preferences, and the location of personal items throughout school commitments, appointments, lunch, shopping, and an evening engagement.

Passenger names and responsible contacts should be clear before service begins, particularly when one person starts the schedule and another concludes it. Mobility items, water, medication, or personal supplies can remain nearby when suitable space is available. Personal care and physical assistance must be arranged separately by the family.

More than 90% of our business comes from repeat clients.

Prepare the Automobile Before the Scheduled Time

The office needs the year, make, model, passenger capacity, key location, and unusual controls. Manual gearboxes, specialty starting sequences, security settings, charging needs, and low overhead clearance belong in the booking notes. The household should also provide garage remotes or property-access instructions connected to the automobile.

Registration and insurance must be current, and the automobile must be safe for the proposed schedule. The owner should check fuel or battery range, tires, brakes, lamps, glass, mirrors, restraints, and dashboard warnings. Any condition that could affect safe use needs to be disclosed before confirmation.

Property Readiness Determines the Real Departure Time

The distance to US 101 can appear short, yet the schedule begins with keys, passenger readiness, interior streets, and gate clearance. Visitor verification, school activity, construction, or a household delay can affect the moment the automobile reaches Valley Circle Boulevard.

Start with the obligation that has the least flexibility. A flight, school release, medical check-in, production call, or business appointment determines how early the property must be ready. The return also continues beyond the freeway exit through reentry and final placement on the parcel.

Nearby Calabasas Stops Still Create Another Gate Crossing

The Commons at Calabasas, Old Town, nearby restaurants, shops, and offices may be only minutes away. Leaving for lunch or an errand and returning later still creates another controlled entrance. The household contact should remain available instead of assuming that the first approval automatically covers every return.

A resident may leave for a meal, come home with purchases, collect a relative, and depart again for an evening plan. Belongings can remain in the client's automobile, but each reentry follows the procedure operating at that moment.

Estate Offices Benefit From One Communication Order

An estate office may coordinate family members, guests, caregivers, security personnel, and property staff at the same time. YCOD needs the itinerary and the identity of the person empowered to revise it. Meeting subjects and private household affairs are not necessary for the assignment.

Confidentiality agreements apply to every assigned employee. Passengers may speak with an executive, attorney, physician, relative, or colleague without adding the subject to the reservation. Direct cell contact with the assigned employee and Chairman and CEO Josef Wojtkow provides a short route for legitimate schedule changes.

Private Aviation Requires the Exact Facility

Van Nuys Airport is a practical private-aviation destination for many Hidden Hills households. The airport name alone does not identify the correct arrival. Include the fixed-base operator, facility entrance, luggage details, passenger count, flight information, and an aviation contact when available.

An earlier departure, delayed arrival, facility change, or added passenger can alter the complete household schedule. The authorized coordinator should send the revision directly to YCOD. The return can continue from the aviation facility to the residence, dinner, or another commitment while preserving reentry instructions.

Commercial Airport Timing Also Starts at the Property

Hollywood Burbank Airport and LAX may both appear on a Hidden Hills itinerary. The first timing question is when the passengers, keys, and luggage will be ready behind the gate. Carrier guidance, traffic expectations, community clearance, and additional passenger stops shape the starting time together.

For an arriving flight, provide the airline, flight number, terminal, luggage expectation, and person authorized to change the plan. After landing, direct communication clarifies the airport meeting point and the gate intended for the household return.

Evening Service Needs a Reentry Decision

Dinner or a private gathering may begin at one property, collect guests elsewhere inside Hidden Hills, and continue beyond the community. Another occasion may bring invited visitors to a residence where the host or security team controls access. Guest names and property instructions should be settled early.

Before the return, confirm the intended gate, passenger order, reachable household contact, and final stopping point. Coats, gifts, and purchases may remain in the client's automobile when appropriate. If the group separates, the authorized person determines the household sequence.

Optional Location Sharing Can Simplify Coordination

The client may share live location information with a spouse, parent, adult child, assistant, caregiver, host, estate manager, or security contact. The household decides who receives access. This can help someone prepare for a school handoff, airport return, gate authorization, or property meeting.

Location sharing remains optional and controlled by the client. Combined with direct cell contact, it reduces repeated status calls when several people coordinate the same day or multiple gate admissions occur.

YCOD Employees Remain Accountable to the Company

Our company assigns vetted W-2 employees familiar with direct accountability rather than marketplace contractors. Each candidate is personally interviewed and background checked. Every private driver we hire has a minimum of two years of professional experience driving clients, so you are never anyone's first client.

Motor vehicle records receive continuing monitoring through the California DMV Employer Pull Notice program. Drug and alcohol screening also continues during employment. The employee's name and mobile number appear in the confirmation so the household can verify the person expected at the gate.

Prepare the Reservation in the Order the Appointment Begins

Begin with the resident or host, expected gate, visitor authorization, property address, and contact who can answer an admission question. Then provide the handoff point, automobile, keys, passengers, mobility items, child-seat information, and person allowed to approve a revision.

Next list fixed commitments followed by optional stops. Add airport facilities, school procedures, charging needs, luggage, property rules, and event instructions. Finish with the expected reentry gate, reachable household contact, and final automobile placement. That sequence follows the complete path from household permission to the concluding handoff.

Hourly Pricing for Hidden Hills Appointments

A client-supplied sedan or SUV costs $60 per hour through the first eight hours and $93 per hour afterward. A client-supplied van, Sprinter, or limousine costs $66 per hour through hour eight and $105 per hour after that. Each hourly amount includes a 20 percent gratuity.

Most reservations require at least three hours. The minimum becomes five hours for appointments beginning at or after 6:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve. Demand does not increase the hourly rate. Approved parking, tolls, valet costs, charging, meals, lodging, and similar assignment expenses remain additional when applicable.
